Ranchi को संविदाकर्मियों ( कांट्रैक्ट कर्मियों ) के नियमितीकरण की मांग को लेकर झारखंड हाईकोर्ट में दाखिल याचिकाओं पर सुनवाई 31/08/2023 हुई। याचिका की सुनवाई जस्टिस डॉ एसएन पाठक की अदालत में हुई।
सुनवाई के दौरान में याचिकर्ता की ओर से बहस पूरी की गई । अब अगली में राज्य सरकार की ओर से पक्ष रखा जाना है । सरकार को अपना पक्ष रखने के लिए हाईकोर्ट में अगली सुनवाई 4 सितंबर को निर्धारित की गई है ।
प्रार्थियों की ओर से अधिवक्ताओ ने अदालत को बताया कि सरकार प्रार्थियों से दस वर्षों से ज्यादा समय से सेवा ले रही है या ले चुकी है, लेकिन उन्हें नियमित नहीं किया जा रहा है। पैरवी के दौरान अदालत को अधिवक्ताओं ने यह भी बताया कि जिन पदों के लिए पद स्वीकृत हैं उन पदों पर भी कांट्रैक्ट कर्मी ही नियुक्त किए गए हैं।
प्रार्थियों की ओर से अधिवक्ता अमृतांश वत्स, इंद्रजीत सिन्हा, सौरभ शेखर, राधाकृष्ण गुप्ता, पिंकी साव ने बहस की।
There will be a debate in the High Court regarding the regularization of contract workers.
On Thursday, a hearing was held on the petitions filed in the Jharkhand High Court regarding the demand for regularization of contract workers. This hearing took place in the court of Justice Dr. SN Pathak.
During the hearing, arguments were made on behalf of the applicants. And now the debate will be held on behalf of the state government. Now the hearing in this case will be held on September 4.
Advocate O, appearing for the applicants, told the court that the government is taking the services of the applicants for more than ten years, but is not regularizing them.
The advocates also told the court that only contract workers have been appointed on the posts for which the posts are sanctioned. Advocates Amritansh Vats, Indrajit Sinha, Saurabh Shekhar, Radhakrishna Gupta, Pinky Sau argued on behalf of the applicants.
